However, due to the nature of our products and to maintain the highest standards of safety and hygiene, all sales are final, and items sold are non-returnable.

All products purchased from Let’s Be Kids are considered non-returnable once they have been delivered. This policy is in place to ensure that all toys meet the highest safety and hygiene standards for children, as per the regulations of the brands we stock, including Fisher-Price, LeapFrog, LEGO, MEGA, Melissa & Doug, and Hasbro.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care to ensure that the toys you order are in perfect condition when they leave our store. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  • Review Process: Upon receiving your complaint, we will review the case to verify whether the product is indeed damaged or defective. We reserve the right to request additional information if necessary.

  • Resolution: If the product is verified as defective or damaged due to manufacturing or shipping errors, we will offer one of the following resolutions, depending on product availability:

    • A replacement for the same product at no additional cost to you.
    • A store credit for the purchase amount (excluding shipping fees).

    Please note that refunds in cash or original payment methods are not offered.

3. Exclusions from Returns and Refunds

5. Incorrect Items Delivered

If you receive an incorrect item that differs from what you ordered:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order details and photos of the incorrect product.
  • We will arrange for the correct item to be delivered at no extra cost, and we will collect the incorrect product.

6. Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, cancellations are not permitted. Ensure you have carefully reviewed your cart and details before completing your purchase.
